Wiki - Beta launch

Wiki has launched it's beta program on 1st November, 2021, welcoming businesses and individuals to setup their knowledgebase and helpdesk on Wiki to optimize their customer support experience.

Users will be able to setup their dedicated Wiki URL e.g. https://yourname.wiki.pk.

Features available to users?

  • Knowledgebase - launch knowledgebase in less than a minute
  • Announcements - post business updates and news 
  • Helpdesk - setup Wiki hosted helpdesk and deliver improved customer service
  • Customizations - customize the look of your Wiki site to match your brand, setup dedicated URL and more
  • Free Plan - offering only free plan in the beta program, allowing users to experience features for free

While Wiki welcomes customers, product team is working to improve experience, deliver new features and fix known / reported bugs. Please feel free to share bugs you find and new features suggestions here.
