Wiki URL is your dedicated Wiki site address i.e. it hosts your knowledgebase, announcement board and helpdesk. This is the URL to be referred to from your business site or social page so customers can land directly on resources they are looking for.

How to setup Wiki URL

During the signup, you will be asked to select a wiki URL - example URL is as follows (https://yourname.wiki.pk). Here are the things to remember:

• Name must be at least 4 characters
• Name has to be unique, if the name is already taken you may select a different one
• Bonus: SSL will be automatically enabled for your Wiki site address (no action required)

How to change Wiki URL

You can change the Wiki site URL even after the setup is complete, you can go to settings > URL Configuration from within your account to change the URL.

Tip: For customer & SEO experience you shouldn't change the URL often as this may leave dead links on old Wiki URL.
